ITEMS TO NOTE
Easter reservations require a $500 deposit and is payable by the 1st of March. This is refundable until the 14th of March, should you need to cancel.
Christmas reservations require a $500 deposit and is payable by the 1st of December. This is refundable until the 14th of December, should you need to cancel.
Payment: The balance of payment owing will be taken from your credit card on the day of your arrival, unless you provide us with alternate payment instructions.
Extra guests can stay for $25/person per night.
Pet fees: $25 for 1 pet or $45 for 2 or more pets per night. We happily provide pet bedding, rug, towel, mat & bowls.
Electric vehicle recharge: if you would like to recharge your electric vehicle, there is a $12 per day surcharge applied. Please bring your own extension cord.
Chalet access: To ensure a smooth and contactless check-in experience, your chalet number will be sent to you via text message on the day of your arrival. Your chalet will be unlocked with lights on, and your receipt and key will be waiting for you inside on the kitchen bench. We will be available via phone if you have any issues.
Office hours: Please note our office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please contact (08) 9844 8889.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after 72 hours of the check-in date will be charged 1 nights accommodation.
Security: We require a valid credit card on file for security purposes or a $200 cash bond to release your chalet.
Cleaning Charges: An excess cleaning fee will apply if the chalet is left in an untidy state or with unwashed dishes.
Smoking Policy: All our Chalets are strictly non smoking and there is a $200 cleaning fee for guests who smoke inside.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 2.00pm, and check-out time is by 10.00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. Late check outs will incur additional charges of $60 per hour.
Noise Policy: To ensure all our guests enjoy their stay we have a noise curfew of 10.00pm in place.
No Show Policy: One nights accommodation will be charged if a no show occurs. The chalet will be reopened for sale if no contact is made by the guest by 7am the next morning.
Pet Policy:
- Pet owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emu Beach Chalets, its owners and operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guests pet.
- Pet owners are financially responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting in their pet.
- Pet owners are fully responsible for picking up droppings around the Chalets.
- Dogs are to be on a lead outside the Chalets.
- Dogs are not permitted on any furniture.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended inside at anytime unless authorised by management.
- Additional cleaning charges at $30 per hour apply for excessive dog hair, muddy dog footprints, stains on human bed linen and furniture, damage to screen doors and picking up droppings
